<h1>Moorfield House Hotel Booking Conditions<br></h1><p>Payment – We accept cash, credit/debit cards and cheques .Cheques payable to “Hair Hotels Ltd”. All charges include VAT at the standard rate.</p><p>Booking – bookings can be made by e-mail (hairhotels@btconnect.com) or by phone (01339 741244), or post “ Moorfield House, Chapel Brae, Braemar, Aberdeenshire AB35 5YT.” We only take confirmed bookings on receipt of a deposit (cheque or credit card ) payment for the first night.</p><p><br>Cancellation – As we are a small hotel and have limited rooms we charge a 10% cancellation fee for all confirmed room bookings that are cancelled and the full cost for rooms cancelled within one week of check- in.<br><br>Check –in –from 4.00pm , An express check in may be available and this is subject to an additional charge of £10.00 per person.<br>Checkout – latest checkout 10.30 (please not if guests do not check out by this time it is a booking condition that they will be charged a late fee of £10.00 per person and £30.00 per person if the room is not vacated by 11.30am<br><br>Food and Drink – This is a licensed Premises with a public bar and we also have a licensed restaurant where you can eat and drink ( we advise booking a table). We do not allow the consumption of food or drink (other that the complementary tea/ coffee or water) in rooms.<br>Please note that if you are staying on a B&B basis it is a condition of booking that you must not bring in / or consume food or Alcohol purchased out-with the hotel. If you ignore this condition you will be charged an additional £10.00 per person per night.<br><br>Damages & Lost Keys – Please report any damage/spillages/ to rooms or furnishings before checkout, otherwise you will be charged retrospectively for repairs. Your check in form signature authorises us to make these charges. Lost key charge £30.00 if not returned within 48 hours.<br><br><br></p>
